Inability to print certain fonts in other languages
I am giving 4 stars because I designed the ticket with Russian text using Merriweather font. It looked good on screen. The system then wasn't able to print Merriweather font in Russian and all the text defaulted to Arial and the tickets looked less interesting to what I wanted them to be.
